• Canada – Managed construction of facilities for a large provincial government data network; implemented a 420 km optical fibre backbone installation, 17 hop microwave radio system, 800 unit mobile radio system, 24-site voice network, and a 50-site data network, for a provincial power utility.

• China – Developed and delivered optical fibre technology and mobile radio technology courses in Beijing and Nanjing for CIDA.

• Hong Kong – Commissioned a 2 hop telephony/TV microwave radio system.

• Nigeria – Commissioned a large telephony network covering the whole country.

• United Kingdom – Commissioned numerous microwave radio and cable transmission systems; Managed the transmission requirements of a large (200 node) private network.
